You’ll need a valid SA ID and an uncertified copy, 2 ID photos, an optometrist eye test, and a bank card (cash is not accepted at testing centres).

Learner’s licence prep is self-study only. We email free study material and dummy tests on request, and you can also grab them from our Downloads page.
- How long is the wait for a learner's test date?
Typically 1 to 3 weeks.
- Which testing centres do you use?
We use Waltloo or Centurion DLTC – whichever has the earliest available dates.
- What happens if I fail the learner's test?
You’ll need to rebook. If we handle the rebooking, a rebooking fee of R1 250 applies.
- How do I book a driving lesson?

- How long is a driving lesson?
Each lesson is 1 hour.
- Do you pick me up?
Yes – we collect and drop you off at one address in Pretoria or Centurion.
- Can I use my own car for lessons?
Yes, you can use your own car. The price stays the same.
- What's your cancellation policy for lessons?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel, otherwise the lesson will be charged.
- What file types and sizes can I upload?
You can upload JPG, PNG or PDF files, up to 15 MB each.
- How does the driver's test booking work?
Once you’ve registered and paid, we book your test date online as soon as it’s available. You come with us to the DLTC to confirm the booking, and we take you to the test in our vehicle.
- Can I use my own car for the test?
Yes, you’re welcome to use your own car for the test. The price stays the same.
- What if my test is outside Pretoria/Centurion?
Please ask for a revised price – it’s roughly R350 extra.
- What must I bring on test day?
Bring your ID and a copy, your learner’s licence and a copy, 2 ID photos, your optometrist eye test, your appointment slip, and a bank card.
- What are the testing centre fees?
Appointment fee: R228 plus issue fee: R228. These are payable at the testing centre and are not included in our packages.

- How long do I have to use my credit?
90 days from your first payment. After that any unused credit is forfeited.
- Can I transfer credit to someone else?
No, credit is not transferable.

We operate in Centurion and Pretoria, and our instructors come to you. Please note we do not cover Midrand.
- Do prices include everything?
No. Package prices cover our training and booking service. Testing centre fees, ID photos, and optometrist eye tests are excluded and must be paid directly to the relevant parties. Prices are only valid for Pretoria and Centurion. If your driver’s test is outside these areas, an additional fee applies.
- What is your most popular package?
Package B3 is our most popular. It includes the Learner’s Licence + 5 Driving Lessons + Driver’s Test for R4,550. It covers everything you need from start to finish.
- What is your cheapest package?
Package B12 — a single 1-hour driving lesson — is R300. It is ideal if you want to top up your skills or try us out before committing to a full package.
- What does the driver's test package exclude?
The following costs are excluded from the package price and are paid directly to the testing centre: Appointment fee (R228) and Issue fee (R228). You will also need 2 ID photos and a valid optometrist eye test. Testing centres do not accept cash — please bring a bank card.
- Which testing centres do you use for the driver's test?
We primarily book at Waltloo DLTC and Centurion DLTC. If neither has available dates, we will book at another DLTC. Please note that an additional fee of R250 applies if your test is at a venue outside Pretoria or Centurion.
- Are there any extra costs during lessons?
Some public parking areas we use for parking lessons charge a facility fee of around R40, payable by the client directly in cash. This is only applicable for parking lessons and is not included in the lesson fee.
- What happens if I cancel a lesson without 24 hours' notice?
If you booked a lesson and do not attend, or cancel without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged as if the lesson was given. We require proof of payment a day before your lesson.
- Do you supply a car for driving lessons?
Yes. All lessons are conducted in our vehicles. We collect and drop you off at any one address in Pretoria or Centurion. You do not need to arrange transport to a training venue.
- Can I use a birth certificate to apply for a learner's licence?
No. A valid South African identity document (ID card or ID book) is required. Birth certificates are not accepted.
- Do you offer classes for the learner's licence theory test?
No, we do not offer group or classroom-based instruction. We email you comprehensive K53 study material and the preparation is self-study. Free study material is also available on our Study Material page.
- What does the learner's licence package exclude?
The following costs are excluded from the package price and must be paid directly to the testing centre: Appointment fee (R108), Issue fee (R60). You will also need 2 ID photos and a valid optometrist eye test.
- What do I need to bring for my learner's licence test?
