How to book a Driver’s

Licence Test Date - R350

What you must do:

1. Deposit the amount of R350 into our bank account.

2. We need this payment upfront as we commit financially to booking test dates.

3. We have 2 cheque accounts. Standard Bank. Castle Walk Branch. Branch code 014645. If your surname starts with A – L please use Acc 302 514 287. If your surname starts with M – Z please use Acc  302 513 744. The purpose is only to make our admin easier. 

4. Please use the clients name and surname s reference.

5. Fax an uncertified copy of the clients ID book, learners licence, deposit slip and client registration form (attached) to 0866 117 594.

6. We do not accept credit card payments.

7. Documents may also be emailed to mydrivingschool@telkomsa.net 

What we will do:

1. We will contact you to arrange a date and time to take you to the testing centre to book your test date. At the Testing Centre you will do an eye test and admin.

2. The client MUST be present in person at the testing centre to complete the booking.  

3. On the day of your driver’s test we will collect you and take you to the testing centre to take your test.

4. We will deliver you again at your address upon completion. 

Please take note:

1. The waiting period is 4-8 weeks to complete depending on availability and time of year.

2. On the day of your eye test and booking you will need to bring your ID book and copy, learners licence and copy, 4 black and white passport photo’s and R230 cash to paythe Testing Centre appointment fee.

3. You need to be available during office hours on weekdays for the booking and to take the driver’s test.

4. Please phone the office in advance to book a vehicle for your test.

5. This R 350 fee does not include the appointment and issue fee payable to the testing centre.

6. On the day of your driver’s test you need to bring your ID, learners licence, R230 issue fee and receipt.

7. You must be 18 years old before taking the driver’s test.

How to book Driving Lessons - R180 p/h or R1700.00 for 10 hours

1. Phone the office to book a date and time for your first lesson.

2. Please complete the client registration form and email or fax to us including a copy of your ID and learners licence.

3. Payment may be done cash to the instructor, or via bank deposit in advance. Please give your bank deposit slip to the instructor or email / fax to us.
